RapidTools Reporting — Terms of Service

RapidTools Reporting ("the Service") is an automated reporting tool that allows agencies to upload analytics data (such as GA4 CSV exports) and generate summary reports which may be delivered by email or link.

2. Use of the Service

The Service is intended for use by agencies and professionals. By using the Service, you confirm that you are authorised to upload the data you provide and to send reports to the recipients you specify.

You are responsible for:

• the accuracy and completeness of all data you upload
• ensuring you have the right to use and process that data
• ensuring recipient email addresses are correct and authorised

We do not verify the business accuracy or legality of uploaded data. We validate format only.

3. Data and Reports

Reports generated by the Service are based entirely on the data you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of reports for any particular purpose.

Reports are summaries intended for informational use only. You remain responsible for any decisions made based on them.

4. Availability and Warranty Disclaimer

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
